Do you add preservatives to ZIWI Peak Steam & Dried?
ZIWI’s recipes are preserved by including mixed tocopherols and citric acid. This proprietary blend prevents our products from oxidation and provides a 21-month shelf life if unopened, and an 8-week shelf life after opening. We do not include ethoxyquin, BHA, or BHT.
