Why is there chickpea in your canned food?

We use chickpea as a binder to deliver a loaf-like texture in our canned foods that that cat will enjoy. Chickpea is preferred over gums, agar agar and TSPP. It's low glycaemic, offers a source of nutrients and fibre and is included in low quantities ensure our cans have over 90% meats and organs.
