Eligibility - Entry open to Canada, United States of America, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Australian residents (and all other countries where ZIWI® Peak is legally sold), aged 18 years or over. ZIWI® Limited (the "Promoter"), its employees and their immediate families, participating agents and their associated agencies, are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. The competition is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Conditions of Entry - How to Enter:
"Funny Memory" giveaway requires an eligible person to tell us the funniest moment they’ve shared with their cat or dog in the comment section of the original competition post on the official ZIWI Pets Facebook page. Each eligible person may enter the competition only once. Promotion commences NZ time at 7am Friday 9th September 2022 and closes at NZ time 11.59pm Sunday 11th September 2022 (the "Promotional Period"). Entries received after this closing time will be ineligible for entry.
Three (3) winners of the Promotion above will be selected on Facebook within five (5) days of the competition closing. Attempts will be made to notify the winner by direct message via social media platform of entry and/or phone and/or email at the contact telephone number/email address/private message provided at the time of the promotion entry. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner within five (5) days, then the prize is forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected at random. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner(s) will receive the following prize:
